Location: Arizona | Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Pay: $100 per appointment + $350 bonus per closed deal
Are you a confident communicator who loves the thrill of the hunt? Sun & Shield Construction and Roofing is looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing Arizona team.
What You'll Do:
You'll identify and connect with homeowners who need roofing and construction services, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our sales team. Simple as that — we close the deal, you get paid.
What You Earn:
- $100 for every confirmed appointment set
- $350 bonus the moment a contract is signed and deposit is collected
- Unlimited earning potential — the more you set, the more you make
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in the field or by phone
- Previous sales, canvassing, or appointment setting experience a plus — but not required
