Ness Restoration is growing in the Treasure Valley, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Restoration Technician who already knows how to run water mitigation jobs and wants to be part of building a strong, professional team.

We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or basic training on how mitigation jobs work.
We ARE looking for someone who wants to be respected for their skills and trusted to perform.
What You’ll Do
- Run residential and commercial water mitigation jobs from start to finish
- Set up and monitor drying equipment properly
- Lead and manage crew members on job sites
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff
- Document jobs thoroughly with photos, notes, and moisture readings
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and mitigation work when needed
- Ensure work is completed according to IICRC standards
- Respond to emergency and after-hours calls on rotation
This is hands-on physical work. You must be comfortable working in:
- Crawlspaces
- Attics
- Dirty or damaged environments
- Tight spaces
- Fast-paced emergency situations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience in a lead role
- IICRC WTR Certification required
- Ability to independently run mitigation jobs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Comfortable working hard and staying productive
- Someone who wants to grow with a company instead of bouncing job to job

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
