Client Experience Leader Who Sees What’s Next Before It Happens
Are you the type of leader who is already solving tomorrow’s problems while everyone else is still working through today’s? Are you someone who can hold a full team accountable, nurture a book of client relationships, and drive revenue growth — all at once — without losing the thread on any of it? Do you move with a natural sense of urgency, pivot easily when priorities shift, and have the organizational clarity to make sure the right things get done by the right people without you being in every detail? Are you the kind of leader who sets the standard, delegates with confidence, and follows up not because you don’t trust your team — but because follow-through is just how you operate?
If that’s how you lead, this role was built for you. As Client Experience Team Leader, you will own the most important relationships in our business — our clients, their families, and the caregivers who serve them — while leading and holding accountable the team that makes it all run.
THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO AND WHY YOU’LL EXCEL
You will lead a three-person administrative team — Scheduling Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Office Coordinator — while directly managing a team of caregivers and owning the client relationships that drive revenue. Because you think proactively and spot opportunities and risks before they fully materialize, you’ll grow service hours with existing clients by anticipating their needs before they ask. Because you operate with urgency across multiple moving parts simultaneously, the constant pivot between client care, team leadership, caregiver management, and revenue growth won’t overwhelm you — it’s where you do your best work. And because you lead with structured follow-through — delegating clearly and holding your team to account without doing their jobs for them — nothing in your world falls through the cracks.
Your weekly targets:
- Hit ongoing revenue objectives for the office each quarter
- Grow service hours for existing clients week over week
- Zero unstaffed client visits
- Maintain a 1.5:1 caregiver-to-client ratio
- 9.5 or higher overall satisfaction scores for both clients and caregivers
Day to day you will:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable your administrative team and caregiver staff
- Own client and family relationships — assess needs, develop custom care plans, and ensure extraordinary ongoing care
- Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying opportunities to increase billable service hours
- Ensure proper client-caregiver matching and scheduling with no gaps
- Hire, onboard, train, and support professional caregivers
- Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners
