Melchor & Co, an authorized retailer of AT&T products and services, is hiring AT&T Team Members in Keizer, OR. As an authorized AT&T retailer, we help customers explore products, services, and solutions that fit their needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in sales, customer service, and professional development. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help team members succeed. AT&T Team Members work directly with customers, answer questions, educate shoppers on available products and services, and assist with daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Help customers identify products and services that align with their needs
- Explain available promotions, pricing, and product features
- Assist customers with AT&T products, services, account-related questions, and support options
- Participate in ongoing training focused on customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Support daily retail operations, including merchandising, store organization, and customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive team environment while working toward individual and store performance goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
