Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong AR experience, excellent organizational skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Invoice all open parts, equipment, and service sales orders from Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Services.
- Process and record customer invoices and payments.
- Receive daily checks and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Send monthly Accounts Receivable statements.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and assist with other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
