What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman:
- Lead and manage concrete crews of up to 15 employees

Coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans

Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project requirements

Communicate with project leadership regarding schedules, materials, and field conditions

Support jobsite safety and maintain a productive work environment

Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability

Assist with planning, organization, and execution of concrete work
Must-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:
- 3+ years of concrete construction experience

Experience leading field crews

Ability to read and understand construction plans

Valid driver's license

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states as needed

Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team
Nice-to-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:
- Experience managing crews of 10+ employees
