Your Role:
As a Collision Repair Technician at Solon Collision, you’ll be responsible for restoring vehicles to pre-loss condition using OEM-approved procedures. We prioritize quality, not shortcuts — and support our techs with the right equipment, tools, and teamwork to get it done right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs using proper techniques
- Replace and align damaged panels and components
- Communicate any hidden damage or additional needs clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety and OEM procedures at all times
Candidate Must Have:
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Own tools and tool storage
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
