Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Professional
True Neighbor Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Professional to join our growing team. We provide maintenance, repair, and renovation services for multifamily communities, commercial properties, and residential properties throughout the Greater Austin area. Our team is built by professionals with extensive property management experience, so we understand the importance of quality workmanship, communication, and customer service.

Compensation
- $55,000–$73,000 annually, depending on experience
- Full-time position

Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders for multifamily, commercial properties, and residential properties
- Perform general repairs including drywall, doors, locks, trim, flooring, painting, and minor carpentry
- Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs within your skillset
- Install and replace fixtures and hardware
- Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Document completed work and communicate effectively with office staff and property managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman experience preferred
- Experience in multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- HVAC certification or experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Must pass a drug test
