Janitorial Cleaner – Supervisor Growth Opportunity
White Glove Cleaning and Janesville Janitorial are hiring a dependable, professional janitorial cleaner with the potential to grow into a supervisor position.
This position is currently part-time (25-30 hrs a week) and may grow into a full-time position as our company expands. Both daytime and evening hours are available, so scheduling flexibility is essential.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, notices the details, communicates professionally, and is interested in growing into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, entrances, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and empty trash
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and safety procedures
- Complete assigned work accurately and within scheduled times
- Secure facilities by locking offices and exterior doors and properly setting alarms
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, security issues, and supply needs
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
- Assist with training, quality inspections, and team support as the position develops
