Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures through regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely while adhering to proper manual handling techniques.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment effectively and maintain supplies inventory.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and floor care techniques.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with carpet cleaning tools is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work and heavy lifting involved in maintaining large spaces.
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests.
- Experience in cooking is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn is appreciated.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
