Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services related to tree work. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a background in tree services, with excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.
Duties
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and friendly interactions.
- Promote and sell our tree work services, ensuring clients are well-informed about available options.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service delivery and address client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and service details.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tree work or related industry.
- Strong client communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of tree services or a background in arboriculture is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is advantageous.
