Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and dermal filler treatments to reduce wrinkles, restore volume, and enhance facial features
- Administer esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures
- Provide hair threading, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services to diversify client offerings
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all treatment areas are clean and compliant with health regulations
- Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, product demos, aftercare instructions, and available service options
- Manage client consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment plans, and set realistic expectations
- Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking
- Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotional content, and client success stories to grow our online presence
- Upsell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and practice revenue
- Collaborate with team members on guest services, front desk operations, retail sales, and overall salon or med spa management
Skills
- Proven experience in injection administration for botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with proper certification
- Strong knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation techniques
- Background in nursing, cosmetology, or related healthcare fields preferred; licensing as required by state law
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster trusting relationships
- Management skills for overseeing treatment rooms or assisting with team coordination when needed
- Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record-keeping
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with social media management tools to promote services and engage clients online
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols including proper sterilization of tools like tattooing equipment or straight razors
- Ability to perform hair styling, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care or body waxing is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong sales skills for retail product demos and upselling additional treatments or skincare lines
- Understanding of color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancement techniques
