Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Redemption Addiction Treatment Center is a growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) providing treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team.
This full-time position includes providing individual therapy, facilitating groups, completing intake assessments, and participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning within our PHP and IOP programs. While working closely with the Clinical Director on quality improvement, documentation review, and clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to grow professionally within a supportive and expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned caseload within our PHP and IOP programs.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
- Complete intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist the Clinical Director with chart reviews, documentation compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with case management, medical providers, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Assist with additional clinical projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Qualifications
- Active Delaware license required.
- Experience working with substance use disorders, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
