we’re looking to add one motivated Outside Sales Representative to our growing team.
This position is specifically for someone who enjoys door knocking and generating their own leads. If you’re comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities, this can be an extremely rewarding career.
Compensation & Benefits Earn $75,000+ your first year if you meet your sales goals. Top performers can earn $100,000+ per year. Work the cities and areas you prefer. Flexible schedule with paid training and ongoing support.
- $500 flat per sales up to $4,000
- Every additional $1,000 beyond $4,000: add $150
We’re looking for someone who:✅ Enjoys door knocking and self-generating leads.✅ Is outgoing, motivated, and confident talking with homeowners.✅ Wants to control their own income through performance.✅ Is reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity with a fast-growing local company.
Primarily, be generating your by door-to-door sales residential homes and local businesses.
