Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment

Automotive industry experience is a plus

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required

Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
