Moab Springs Ranch is seeking a warm, friendly and highly organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our resort. As the face of our property, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring that every guest and visitor feels genuinely welcomed. This role requires strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, proficiency in office technology, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm, welcoming and professional manner serving as a knowledgeable guide for our property and activities in the Moab area.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for documents and records.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Perform basic proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality as a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly in reviewing reservations and proofreading documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
