Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to identify real estate opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct thorough needs assessments by asking insightful questions to understand client preferences and goals
- Present compelling property options and solutions tailored to client requirements using persuasive communication techniques
- Manage and update customer information within CRM software such as Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and progress
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns that attract new prospects and enhance brand awareness
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships, provide updates, and close deals efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing, preferably within real estate or technology sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional yet friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
