Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant setting.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including familiarity with Yelp or similar reservation systems
- Basic understanding of kitchen procedures to communicate effectively with culinary staff
- Proficiency in guest relations to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle food safely, following proper food handling guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
