Sweeping Truck Operator - Overnight (Lynnwood, WA)

Premier Facility Management is a growing facility services company in Washington State. We provide professional sweeping and maintenance services to commercial properties across the region.
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Sweeping Truck Operator to join our night team. In this role, you will operate a sweeping truck on a consistent multi-site route based out of Lynnwood. You’ll keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean and presentable before morning business hours.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $23 per hour (hourly, non-exempt)
- Full-time overnight / late-night shifts
- Consistent multi-site route starting from Lynnwood, WA
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial sweeping vehicle on a nightly multi-site route
- Perform thorough sweeping of parking lots, drive aisles, and access roads
- Use power blowers to clean corners, tight spaces, sidewalks, building entrances, and other areas
- Remove trash and debris at each stop
- Maintain equipment and promptly report any issues
- Deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
Requirements
Required:
- Prior experience operating a sweeping truck, street sweeper, or similar heavy equipment
- Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or serious violations in the past 3 years (must be insurable)
- Reliable personal transportation to the Lynnwood starting location
- Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping apps
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred:
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping, leaf blowing, or parking lot sweeping
- High school diploma or GED
