- Handle front-of-house support in the morning and transition to dish room duties during busy service periods
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain clean and safe floors, dish areas, and workstations throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries as needed
- Support closing duties by breaking down stations and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized
- Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready during slower periods
- Help maintain a smooth flow of service by supporting the culinary and service teams
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Provide friendly, dependable support and contribute to a positive team environment
- Having food preparation skills and knife skills is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 7:00 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.
Transportation:
- Free on-campus parking is available.
- This location is not accessible by public transportation; successful candidates must have reliable transportation.

What you'll do:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
- Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
What you'll need:
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
- Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
