- Turn customer needs into personalized sales recommendations for available Fios services.
- Explain internet speeds, service features, and plan options in clear, approachable language.
- Learn how customer acquisition and daily sales activity contribute to broader business growth.
- Track outreach activity and sales results to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications of the Business Development Assistant
