Dr. Q's Pet Vet is a new small animal clinic in Delray Beach. We pride ourselves on providing the best care to our patients and customer service to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, outgoing and compassionate team-player to join our team!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Client Service Representative, and at least 6 months of experience in the veterinary field.
- Some knowledge of heart worm prevention, flea and tick prevention, and basic vaccine protocols
- Must have the ability to multitask as well as work individually
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to communicate
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills.
- Available to work Saturdays and holidays when needed
- Our practice is 100% paperless
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and patients as well as checking in/out
- You are responsible for confirming all appointments in advance ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment
- Make outbound phone calls for updates and reminders
- Cleaning and maintenance of the front desk/waiting room to ensure a great client experience
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
