What You’ll Do
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Provide wound care and support daily nursing interventions
- Document care in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support CNAs and ensure smooth floor operations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in care planning and discharge coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
