Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety practices related to construction and maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position.
- MUST be coachable and willing to learn.
