Job Summary
Podcast is seeking a part-time Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator to assist with podcast promotion, guest communication, and local outreach efforts.
This is a flexible side opportunity ideal for someone interested in media, podcasting, marketing, or social media experience. The position is not full-time or highly demanding and is designed to work around other schedules such as school, work, or personal commitments.
Duties
Assist with guest communication and scheduling
- Help coordinate podcast meetings and filming logistics
- Assist with local outreach and promotional efforts
- Communicate with local businesses and community contacts when needed
- Support social media and podcast growth initiatives
- Attend occasional meetings or podcast-related events
Experience
Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms preferred
- Comfortable communicating with people professionally
- Access to a smartphone and laptop/computer required
- Reliable transportation preferred but not required
- Previous marketing, customer service, media, or social media experience is a plus but not required
