Assistant Managers are the guardians of Flanigan’s blueprint, responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences through diligent oversight and execution of both FOH and BOH operations. WE ARE HIRING RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGERS TO TRAIN AT OUR WELLINGTON LOCATION.
Once your training has been completed, you must be willing and able to travel up to 30 miles to your assigned location.

BASIC ASSISTANT MANAGER REQUISITES
Must communicate all pertinent information about FOH and BOH operations with the management team for each shift worked.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must attend weekly manager's meetings and monthly staff meetings.
Must read and sign the weekly memo.
Must complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
Must communicate with all Managers on duty when your shift is completed.
Must relate an accurate, honest report of all events both positive and negative.
Must comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings.
Must attend the quarterly supervisor meetings.
Must have current food management certification.
Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality.
Must have flexibility for scheduling. Flanigan's is open 365 days per year.
Must be willing to transfer without prior notice to a location within 30 miles of residency.
Must be able to work a 5-day work week (50-55 hours per week).
Must have reliable transportation and be able to retrieve products from another location as needed.
Must comply to the vacation and personal day policies.
Must be able to create and place all food and beverage orders with all vendors.
Must possess basic math skills. Must be able to count currency and make change and use a calculator to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must understand and facilitate proper health code standards.
Must adhere to Flanigan's "always hiring policy" and conduct interviews in a timely fashion.
Must issue written evaluations for positive and negative performances.
Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell.
Must be able to stand, and have the mobility to move about, at a moderate pace, for up to (4) hours at length and the stamina to work fifty (50) to fifty-five (55) hours per week.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl.
Must have the coordination necessary to operate kitchen equipment.
Must adhere to Flanigan's policies for dress and grooming.
