DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
The Manager of Operations Support drives consistency and execution across non-clinical operations. This role ensures offices and regional leaders have the systems, tools, and support needed to operate efficiently. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, this position focuses on follow-through, standardization, and removing day-to-day operational barriers.
Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution

Support implementation and consistency of operational processes across all offices

Ensure initiatives are carried through to completion, not just rollout
Procurement & Vendor Management

Standardize ordering processes and manage vendor relationships

Monitor spending and support cost control initiatives
Compliance & Standards

Track and maintain compliance requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, internal protocols)

Ensure offices are audit-ready and aligned with company standards
Facilities & Maintenance

Oversee maintenance workflows, vendor coordination, and issue resolution

Prioritize and escalate high-impact facility needs
Integrations

Support onboarding of new offices into systems, vendors, and processes

Help stabilize operations quickly during transition periods
Field Support

Partner with Regional Managers to remove operational burdens

Provide visibility into recurring issues and support resolution
Special Projects

Lead and execute operational projects across the organization

Build structure, timelines, and accountability for completion

Requirements:

3–5+ years of operations experience (Dental)

Strong organization and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability
