Ideal candidate should be experienced in the sales, events and hospitality industry. Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task in this fast paced environment.
Days/hours are flexible. Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
Job Responsibility
- Handle incoming phone and web inquires from clients and follow ups
- Book and conduct venue site tours
- Prepare wedding proposals and negotiate contracts
- Meet with clients to organize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), floor plans, timeline, event details
- Responsible for preparing and keeping supply of sales and wedding packets
- Confirm vendor load in/load out schedule
- Competitive Analysis
- Manage online reviews
- Daily Administrative Duties:
Answer phones & take messages, greet couples on arrival of appointments, make copies, handle faxes, scanning, filing, postage and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Sales or wedding/catering experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, selling skills
Knowledge of Caterease a bonus but not required
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
