Presbyterian Homes of Georgia is currently seeking an experienced individual to serve as the Kitchen Supervisor at our Quitman, GA campus to supervise the kitchen dining services team and to help ensure that our residents, staff and visitors are served excellent and nutritious meals.

Kitchen Supervisor
Duties (overview):
- Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards, regulatory requirements, as well as resident dietary requirements
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with the CDM and Dining Services Director to develop and update menu items
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience (overview):
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen setting
- Previous experience in working in a kitchen setting in the healthcare field (Hospital, Skilled Nursing or similar)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
