Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food preparation and service standards are met. This position requires a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A background in food preparation or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
