Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a busy casual dining restaurant with solid skills in both the FOH and BOH.
Duties
- Execute all operations including inventory control, training, and development
- Oversee health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong team
- Oversee scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Have fun and be a strong leader to develop your team!
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Understand kitchen operations, food waste, theoretical, and prep lists
- Excellent with guests/team to ensure a great work environment
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
