As a Host, you'll be the first impression guests have when they arrive and the last one they remember when they leave. You'll help create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to experience everything our destination has to offer.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Host, you'll create exceptional first impressions while helping ensure smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant. You'll manage seating, communicate with the service team, and play an essential role in delivering outstanding hospitality from the moment guests walk through our doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage waitlists while providing accurate wait time estimates.
- Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to their server.
- Manage seating arrangements to maximize guest flow and support efficient service.
- Communicate guest preferences, celebrations, accessibility needs, and special requests with the service team.
- Answer questions about our restaurants, menus, entertainment, and amenities.
- Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and takeout orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand, entrance, and lobby.
- Support servers, bartenders, bussers, food runners, and managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
- Help maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both guests and teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Pay attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Are dependable, coachable, and eager to grow.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but personality, professionalism, and a genuine passion for taking care of people are equally important.
