We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to perform installation and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various systems and equipment
- Install and terminate low-voltage cable in a variety of spaces such as access holes, attic spaces, or walls.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to detect issues and provide solutions
- Stay up to date on all State and Federal regulatory requirements
- Handle cabling and wiring tasks for proper system connectivity
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain all company supplied assets such as vehicles, tools, software, hardware, and phones
Qualifications
- Prior experience in alarm system installation and maintenance, mechanical knowledge, or related fields
- Proficiency in computer hardware setup and configuration preferred
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written instruction accurately
- Possession of relevant certifications in system installation or related areas is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A sense of leadership
