About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital technical resource for keeping complex automated systems and facility infrastructure running at peak performance. You will drive operational reliability by proactively identifying equipment bottlenecks and executing precise repairs on high-voltage electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs on electrical systems up to 480V, including VFDs, motors, and advanced sensor arrays.

Maximize system uptime by performing routine preventive maintenance and system-wide calibrations.

Analyze and resolve faults within automated conveyor networks, sortation hardware, and packaging machinery.

Interpret technical schematics to perform root cause analysis and diagnostic troubleshooting on PLC/HMI control systems.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and asset health data within our CMMS platform to support long-term reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment longevity.

Ensure a safe working environment by strictly adhering to LOTO protocols and safety standards during all repair activities.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and performing diagnostics on PLC and automation controls.

Demonstrated expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and high-voltage electrical systems.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied positions.

High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Formal technical training or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or electrical technology.

Prior experience utilizing CMMS software for work order management and inventory tracking.

Familiarity with advanced automation technologies such as ASRS or CNC systems.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on equipment optimization and process efficiency.
