Key Responsibilities:
❖ Customer Service: Warmly greet customers upon entering the store.
Answer any questions and provide professional assistance throughout
their shopping experience.
❖ Punctuality: Always arrive on time and be ready to work at the start of
each shift.
❖ Product Knowledge: Recommend products and provide advice tailored to
the individual needs of each customer.
❖ Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is consistently clean, organized, and
visually appealing.
❖ Order Management: Accurately receive and count incoming orders.
❖ Compliance: Strictly adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and company
regulations related to the sale of cannabis.
❖ Transactions: Process customer transactions with precision and adhere
to all cash handling procedures.
❖ Inventory Management: Monitor product levels, restock as needed, and
maintain proper inventory rotation to ensure product freshness.
❖ Mobile Orders: Efficiently and accurately fulfill mobile orders.
❖ Industry Knowledge: Continually stay informed on current trends,
innovations, and educational developments in the Cannabis industry.
❖ Product Reviews: Post at least 5 product reviews per month based on
sampling and personal experiences.
❖ Interpersonal Engagement: Actively participate in online communities
such as BAND to stay connected with both colleagues and upper
management
❖ Flexibility: Willingly stay late when needed, especially during busy periods
or when staff breaks are delayed due to high customer volume.
❖ Communication: Management must be able to communicate and get a
hold of employees.
Qualifications:
❖ Must possess reliable transportation.
❖ Must be over the age of 21.
❖ Open availability
Preferred Skills & Experience:
❖ Prior experience in a retail, coffee shop, or high-volume customer-facing
job.
❖ Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
❖ Strong time management skills with the capability to multitask efficiently.
❖ Familiarity with or a keen interest in the cannabis industry.
