Preferred Property Management, LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Property Manager to support our Community Association Managers in day-to-day operations across our HOA/condominium portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working with residents, boards, and vendors in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support CAMs with daily operations of HOA/Condo communities
- Assist with resident communications, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate vendors, proposals, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Track work orders, violations, and service requests
- Help prepare board packets and management reports
- Maintain organized association records (digital and physical)
- Provide front-line customer service to residents and board members
- Assist with basic financial tasks (invoice processing, coding, follow-ups)
- Support community meetings as needed (some evenings may be required)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in property management, HOA/Condo management, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Florida CAM License is a MUST
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
