Server
Position Summary
The Server is responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through warm hospitality, detailed menu knowledge, and attentive service. Servers guide guests through the Holy City Hospitality experience by anticipating needs, providing thoughtful recommendations, and delivering professional service from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
Essential Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests with genuine Southern hospitality

Maintain expert knowledge of food menus, ingredients, daily specials, wine, beer, and cocktails

Provide recommendations and personalize each guest’s experience

Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen

Monitor tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction

Deliver food and beverages according to company service standards

Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly

Maintain clean, organized stations and dining areas

Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and server assistants

Follow all health, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
