We are looking for a highly skilled Auto Body Shop Manager who is ready to lead by example. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with extensive experience in collision repair, estimating, body prep, and automotive refinishing.

What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy collision repair shop.
- Write accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, vendors, and technicians.
- Train, mentor, and support shop employees.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
- Assist in production as needed.
Required Qualifications
✔ Previous experience managing an auto body or collision repair shop preferred.
✔ Must be able to write accurate repair estimates.
✔ Must have hands-on experience in Auto Body Prep, including:
- Sanding
- Masking
- Priming
- Panel preparation
- Final prep before paint
✔ Must have hands-on experience in Auto Body Paint, including:
- Paint mixing
- Color matching
- Blending
- Basecoat/Clearcoat application
- Buffing and finishing
✔ Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and repair planning.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Valid driver's license.
