Cabinet Sales & Design Representative
Kitchens, Closets, Offices, Media Centers, Commercial Spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Design: work with homeowners, commercial businesses, contractors, builders, and interior designers to create custom cabinetry layouts and offer the latest, innovative design solutions.
- Business Development: Actively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and delivering tailored sales pitches.
- On-Site Design: Conduct on-site visits to take measurements and develop functional 3D designs.
- Product Guidance: Guide customers seamlessly through their selection of cabinet styles, materials, finishes, hardware, and innovative storage accessories.
- Estimating & Closing: Prepare accurate, timely quotes and proposals. Utilize your expert objection-handling skills to maintain a high closing rate.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Experience: A solid track record in sales specifically within the residential and commercial cabinetry industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cabinetry construction, styles, materials, and storage solutions.
- Technical & Typing Skills: Professional-level typing speed (40+ WPM without looking at the keyboard) for efficient CRM entry and project quoting.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to meticulously follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and leadership direction.
- Professional Presence: A neat, clean appearance with a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
