The primary function of this role is to provide check in services for patients. This position will travel to physician offices of Indiana Spine Group in Carmel, Lebanon, Zionsville, Westfield and Indianapolis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from High School or GED equivalent. Previous work experience in a physician office or medical related position, knowledge of medical terminology and obtaining precertification/insurance authorizations required.
ESSENTIAL DUTY:

- Check in patient and confirm patient demographics, scan documents into database and verify insurance coverage. Confirm collection of co-payment and outstanding balances and collect fees if not previously collected.
