Job descriptionWhy Elevation?
There are a lot of physical therapy jobs out there.
Most promise mentorship, flexibility, and a great culture. But if you've been in this profession for any length of time, you know those words don't always match reality.
Elevation Physical Therapy was built because our founder, Dr. Holly Navarro, believed there was a better way to practice.
After seeing firsthand how rushed schedules, productivity demands, and insurance limitations affected both patients and clinicians, she set out to create something different—a place where therapists have the time, freedom, and support to truly practice physical therapy the way it was meant to be practiced.
Here, you'll treat one patient at a time for a full hour. You'll have the time to think, ask questions, connect with your patients, and actually get to the root of their problem instead of rushing from treatment table to treatment table.
Our patients are motivated, engaged, and invested in getting better. We work with active adults, athletes, dancers, runners, lifters, and performing artists who aren't looking for a quick fix—they want to move better, perform better, and get back to doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, you'll have opportunities to get out into the community through injury screens, educational workshops, partnerships with local gyms, dance studios, sports organizations, and community events. We believe physical therapists should be leaders and active members of their communities.
If there's an area you're passionate about within sports medicine, dance medicine, performance, or orthopedics, we'll help you build it. Whether you're pursuing dry needling certification, developing a specialty, creating educational content, or becoming the local expert in your niche, we'll support your growth every step of the way.
Our structured 6-8 week mentorship program includes co-treating with Dr. Holly, weekly coaching, hands-on skill development, clinical reasoning discussions, and a gradual transition into your own caseload. You won't be thrown into the deep end and expected to figure it out alone. We believe exceptional clinicians are developed through mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
We also believe work should fit your life—not the other way around. We understand that life outside the clinic matters, which is why we work with our team to build flexible schedules that support both your career and your family.
Because we work with active people every day, we encourage our therapists to live that lifestyle too. Whether that means fitting in a workout during the workday when the schedule allows, participating in classes with our community partners, or simply making your own health a priority, we believe great clinicians should feel their best, too. Full-time team members also receive a gym membership to support their personal wellness.
Our compensation package is designed to invest in you, not just employ you. We offer competitive pay based on experience, performance-based bonus opportunities, paid time off, continuing education reimbursement, support for certifications like dry needling, paid licensure and malpractice insurance, and the resources you need to continue growing as a clinician.
You won't simply be filling a position—you'll help shape the future of Elevation. Your ideas matter here. Your personality matters here. If you have a vision for a workshop, a community partnership, a new service, or a better way of doing something, we want to hear it. We aren't looking for employees who just clock in and clock out. We're building a team of people who genuinely want to create something special together.
Most importantly, we care deeply about our culture.
Our motto is simple: No Drama. Just Results.
That isn't just something we tell our patients—it's how we work together every day. We believe in accountability, authenticity, humility, collaboration, continuous learning, and having fun while doing meaningful work.
If you've been looking for a place where you can finally practice physical therapy the way you always hoped you would, we'd love to meet you.
