Job Title: Team Member
Reports To: Store Manager
Position Overview:
The Team Member provides professional and courteous service to team members and guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:

Operate Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions

Complete daily/shift tasks as directed, following company protocol.

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Customer Service:
-
Provide excellent customer service.
-
Greet guests and ensure they are promptly served.

Take guest orders by phone or in person.
Inventory and Stock Management:
-
Responsible for shift recovery, stocking products and providing the next shift with adequate supplies.
Compliance and Safety:
-
Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

Implement and uphold store security protocols to minimize theft or loss.

Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring that all employees follow OSHA guidelines.

Ensure proper handling of cash, registers, and transactions in compliance with company procedures.
Store Maintenance:
-
Maintain the appearance of the store by ensuring proper cleanliness/sanitization of service and kitchen areas.

Ensure that the store meets company standards for presentation and safety.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:

No minimum education or experience required.

The job requires the ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing; the ability to hear and understand speech and other sounds; and the ability to use eyesight to complete tasks.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, desire to help people, and ability to cooperate and function as part of a team.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to frequently stand/walk for long periods, lift and carry up to 30 lbs., and perform tasks that involve bending and reaching.

Ability to occasionally, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull (carts, dollies, sweeping/mopping), bend/stoop/crouch, reach above shoulder level, climb on ladders/stools to reach high shelves/surfaces.

Work is performed in a store setting with fluctuation temperatures (kitchen, cooler, freezer, indoors, outdoors) and near other team members and guests.
