Lead Master Flat Rate Automotive Technician – NO WEEKENDS
Location: Westfield, IN
Pay: $25–$50/hr Flat Rate + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 5 days/week • NO weekends EVER (optional only) • No nights
Shop: Fully air-conditioned • Modern bays • Steady workflow
THIS IS A TRUE LEAD TECH ROLE
We are hiring a senior, master-level technician who can diagnose and repair anything, train other techs, and set the technical standard for the shop.
This is not an entry- or mid-level position.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair all systems: engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, cooling, and ADAS
- Work on all makes and models
- Program vehicles when OEM/approved software is available
- Lead and mentor other technicians
- Assist with complex diagnostics and problem vehicles
- Collaborate with advisors and leadership on workflow and quality
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- 10+ years of automotive repair experience
- Master-level diagnostic ability
- Comfortable training and leading other technicians
- Experience with vehicle programming and module setup
- Working knowledge of ADAS systems
- Proven ability to flag hours efficiently on flat rate
