Responsibilities
- Greet visitors
- Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route calls efficiently to relevant departments or personnel
- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all guests and clients
Qualifications
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with front desk operations, multiline phone systems, and phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
