Essential:
- High School Diploma

1-3 years relevant experience driving with a CDL.

Valid Class A CDL.

Forklift certification, or willingness to earn certification.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and flexible.

Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.

Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record and eligible to be an MCC authorized driver as defined by policy, insurance, and legal requirements.
Employment eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. MCC offers of employment are subject to a successful criminal background check(s).
Preferred:
- More than 1 year of CDL experience

General facility maintenance and repair experience (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing)

Prior experience with canning, industrial food equipment, or logistics coordination.
