Keller Williams Realty Boston Southwest is seeking an exceptional Team Leader to lead one of the premier Market Centers in Massachusetts. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, growth-minded professional who thrives on coaching others, building relationships, and helping agents achieve extraordinary success.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for growing the Market Center through strategic recruiting, leadership, coaching, and accountability while partnering with regional leadership to execute the company’s vision.
What You’ll Do
· Recruit and attract growth-minded real estate professionals to the Market Center.
· Build strong relationships with top-producing and emerging agents throughout the Needham, Westwood, and surrounding communities.
· Lead, inspire, mentor, and coach agents to increase productivity, profitability, and long-term career success.
· Develop and implement recruiting strategies that consistently grow Market Center profitability.
· Conduct one-on-one coaching and business planning sessions.
· Facilitate training, accountability, and leadership meetings.
· Monitor agent production, recruiting metrics, and Market Center performance.
· Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve strategic growth objectives.
· Coach agents on lead generation, business planning, client experience, sales strategies, and best practices.
· Utilize CRM technology and reporting systems to manage recruiting pipelines, follow-up, and performance metrics.
· Create and execute innovative marketing, networking, and business development initiatives to expand the Market Center’s presence.
· Foster an energetic, collaborative, and culture-driven environment where associates can thrive.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Leadership experience in real estate, sales management, business development, or a related industry.
· Strong recruiting, relationship-building, and networking skills.
· Proven ability to influence, motivate, and develop high-performing professionals.
· Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation abilities.
· Experience managing goals, accountability, and performance metrics.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
· Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
· Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
· Active Massachusetts real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
