Scientist, R&D – Product Development (Hydration)
This is a Research and Development (R&D) role leading Product Development initiatives under the Hydration team within the Hydration, Desserts, and Meals platform. We’re looking for a talented individual to lead product development initiatives working on beloved brands like Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, and Crystal Light. Your role will be leading and driving technical projects to meet business initiatives focused on growth, productivity, and brand maintenance .

Bachelor’s degree in F ood S cience , Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering or a related scientific field with a minimum of two ( 2 ) years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with minimum one ( 1 ) year of related experience
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc.; offices are open workspaces

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
