As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for executing detailed cleaning routines with precision and efficiency, helping us uphold our commitment to excellence in every space we service.
We are currently hiring for Full time 2nd shift.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across commercial spaces.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors and surfaces in optimal condition.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper procedures for mixing, application, storage, and disposal to ensure safety for yourself and others.
- Conduct sanitation procedures in restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to uphold health standards.
- Assist with custodial maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture moving, and basic facilities upkeep to support overall building operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining professional communication with facility managers.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license and transportation
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures.
- Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
