We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students in educational settings, supporting their developmental needs through evidence-based occupational therapy practices. This position emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored treatment plans that enhance students’ academic and life skills.
On-site supervision and mentoring for New Grads (must have strong pediatric affiliation).

Qualifications:
- Valid NYS OT/COTA license
- Pediatric experience in assessing and treating Fine and Gross motor skills, Sensory Integration, Motor Planning, Proprioception, Self-regulation
- Ability to work in a team environment by collaborating with other professionals
- Experience with developing and implementing IEP treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
