**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. We serve clients in Brown and Clermont Counties. However, we are hiring for Clermont County. Some weekends required. We are haring for all shifts, including overnight.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document individual progress and any incidents that may occur.
-Must be able to follow rules, procedures and requirements.
**Skills:**
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely.
- Experience in social work or home/community care is a plus but we will train.
- Valid driver's license for transporting individuals to appointments or outings.
- First aid certification is required. We will train.
